Retreat Terms & Conditions

Registrations & Payments

Registrations can be submitted by completing our Registration Form on our website. Deposit: All retreats require a £50.00 deposit, per person. The deposit will confirm your reservation until 60 days prior to the commencement of the retreat, at which time the full balance is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled. Preferred methods of payment are by credit card, via PayPal, or by personal cheque.

Late Registrations

Registrations will be accepted after the final payment is due (60 days prior to departure), but are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the case of late bookings, full payment will be required upon registration. Payments made less than 60 days before departure must be made by credit card, via PayPal, or by personal cheque.

Upon Registration

You will receive confirmation and a pre-departure information package that will include visa/passport requirements, insurance information, health information, clothing suggestions, and other travel tips.
Final itinerary and meeting instructions will be provided prior to departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable and we strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation fees applicable.
Note: Should the trip fail to achieve minimum participation, Sushmuna Yoga reserve the right to cancel the retreat and refund any monies received, including deposits. Sushmuna Yoga will offer participants the opportunity to apply these funds to a similar revised trip offered within 12 months of trip cancellation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation fees and additional travel expenses that may incur before, after or during the trip.

Medical Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing Medical Insurance to protect against illness or injuries that may incur before, after or during the trip.

Retreat Costs

Retreat costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each retreat. Unless indicated otherwise on the itinerary, the retreat fee includes:

Accommodation.
Meals and drinks are as indicated. Any foods or beverages not included in the program and purchased by you will be at additional cost to yourself.
Courtesy travel to and from Sofia airport as indicated. If travelling independently you do so at additional cost.
Yoga sessions and Workshops.
All transportation during the retreat, as specified in the itinerary.

Retreat costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for unutilized services.

Items not Included in Retreat Costs:

Travel costs to and from Bulgaria.
Passport charges.
Gratuities.
Refreshments obtained during courtesy travel between Sofia and the retreat.
Extra meals not included in itinerary.
Items of a personal nature; telephone calls, personal clothing, towels for sunbathing, sun cream etc.
Personal travel insurance.
Any item that is not specified as being included.

Documents

A valid passport must be held by each participant. Some countries require that your passport is valid for 6 months from entry into the country.
Some nationalities will require a Visa for entering Bulgaria. Obtaining Visas is at the participants own expense.
Travel Insurance.
Medical Insurance.
Driving licence, if planning to travel independently.

Journey Dates and Delays

Since schedules are determined in advance, delays or postponements may become necessary. This could happen due to inclement weather, political restrictions or any other cause. In this event, you will have no right to a refund and Sushmuna Yoga will have no obligation in respect to such changes.

Sushmuna Yoga reserve the right to cancel any retreat prior to departure, in which case any payment you have made to Sushmuna Yoga will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, and loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

Important Note

All services described herein are organised by Sushmuna Yoga. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of participants are made by the organisers on the sole condition that the organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith. The information contained in this site is correct to the best of the organiser's knowledge, but the organiser accepts no liability for any inaccuracies therein. The organisers reserve the right to alter any itinerary or service at any time without penalty to the organiser. Any additional expense or cancellation costs shall be borne by the participant. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any participant at the discretion of the organisers. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

Sushmuna Yoga and its representatives will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the participant's belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of printing, include the cost of operation of the retreats, and are subject to currency changes. Sushmuna Yoga shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or retreat participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary.
As a participant at a Sushmuna Yoga Retreat you will be asked to sign a Participant Disclaimer.
