Each morning will start with a morning Sadhana, this is a daily practice combining both physical and spiritual elements.
Before lunch there will be a workshop, except Wednesday, focusing upon an aspect of Kundalini Yoga; breath, the Chakras, healthy eating, sound, etc..
There will be a daily evening class, consisting of a Kriya (
a set of exercises) and meditation.

Sessions will lead by Livtar Kaur or Livtar Singh, and occassionlly, by invited guests.
All sessions are included in the price. If you decide to not participate in a yoga session no refund will be available.
