Kundalini Yoga is powerful and fast-acting because it is based on kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises, not just postures; the benefits of kriyas far outweighing the benefits from random postures. This is one of the reasons why Kundalini Yoga works much more quickly and effectively than other forms of yoga, such as Hatha.
