Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas.

Every class undertaken will enable you to achieve a balance between mind, body and spirit.


Each class consists of a warm-up, to stretch the spine and improve flexibility,
a kriya, which is a sequence of postures that focus on a specific area of the body,
meditation, and the use of mantra, music and sound to invigorate the mind and spirit.

No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.

Winter Classes


Join one of our classes to energise you through the winter months, or to assist any fitness and dietary plans you are undertaking.

You do not have to sign up to the whole series of classes, but can just drop in for one or more sessions.
